There are certain Terms and Conditions which are formed by Rodi Dust and it is requested to go through them to avoid any future conflict as we are focusing on a healthy client-company relationship.
We are providing two different modes of payment and you are free to choose any of them based on your own decision.
The first mode of payment is online you can simply opt for the option of net banking and please make sure that payment should be complete, less or payment breakage is not acceptable. Once we receive complete payment from you, we will deliver your ordered item at your doorstep.
Another mode of payment is cash on delivery you can also pay for your order once you receive it. We will ask for some advance payment for the processing of your order and the rest of the payment can be made by you once getting the order. It is necessary to bring your kind notice, you are mandatory to pay all remaining payment before the truck gets unload once reaching your destination location. We do not provide any kind of credit on payment and require complete payment for the successful order completion.
As we do not accept any kind of return or refund policies unless there are certain severe conditions. The return will be accepted only if the delivery of the product is wrong, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
We assure you to provide on-time delivery to the destination location in case of both pre-payment and COD. If due to any reason we do not fulfill your order in such case your whole payment will be refunded back via same mode.
We are providing fully secured payment gateway and do not share any personal information of our customer with the third-party. We keep all your order and payments details safe with us.
